Baby Otter Scholarship and Education Fund is a non-profit 501(C) (3). Baby Otter is a “Do Good Do Well” service oriented business focused on saving lives through both swimming lessons and education. Our Special Needs, Underprivileged community, and Foster Care Children remain the cornerstone of our organization.

For 50 years, Marlene Bloom dedicated her life to helping protect children around water. As the founder of Baby Otter Swim School and creator of the Turn, Kick, Reach® helped thousands of children learn life-saving water safety skills.
Marlene’s legacy lives on through every child given the opportunity to become safer and more confident in the water.
The Baby Otter Scholarship and Education Fund continues the mission Marlene cared so deeply about by helping provide life-saving swim instruction to children and families who may otherwise be unable to afford it.
